Carolyn has considerable experience in administration across a number of industries specifically insurance, accounting and legal she brings a pragmatic, fun and organised approach to her role with practical experience.

MSM Loss Management

Carolyn joined MSM Loss Management (MSM) in 2010 as the Practice Manager and Executive Assistant to the Sydney office Principal and team. She is a key team member of the MSM Support  team.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining MSM Carolyn worked as Practice Manager for Blackstone Waterhouse Lawyers and had responsibility for all aspects of the human resources, administration, IT and finance.

Carolyn was previously Administration Manager for Information Technology Insurance Specialists and Wedge Insurance Brokers and continued with the Principal of these two practices once sold. Carolyn was Administration Manager for Wedge Consulting International, an Australian owned business advisory firm offering products and services for New Business Start Up, Established Small Businesses right through to large Corporate Businesses.

Carolyn was also Office Manager at Andrew Scard & Co, Chartered Accountants and was responsible for administration, human resources, reception and provided tax preparation assistance.
