In 1999, Colin became one of the founding partners of the firm now known as MSM Loss Management, a firm dedicated to working for clients and/or their broker in providing a high level of technical expertise and customer service on both insured and uninsured losses. Colin also enjoys the consulting side involving both pre and post loss matters.
Prior to that Colin has enjoyed extensive experience in senior management roles with various insurance related companies throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Throughout this time, he has maintained a strong link with claims issues, including major losses for property, business interruption, fidelity and liability classes. A change of career in 1992 saw Colin join GAB Robins Loss Adjusters, with both national and regional (South East Asia) responsibilities.
Colin continues to specialise in the management of large losses, including major property, business interruption, financial, construction and a variety of liability losses. Assignments have been handled for a wide range of clients including multi-national companies, small to medium enterprises and government bodies throughout Australia, New Zealand, South-east Asia and the Middle East. When disputes arise he has provided expert reports on a wide range of A�financial losses and appeared as an expert witness on those matters. In addition he has provided expert evidence on a wide range of insurance matters over the years.
With many years of experience in major How much ceftin should i take claims and with his high level communication and project management skills, Colin has a proven track record on achieving positive outcomes on the files he handles. He has had extensive experience in natural disasters including cyclones, earthquakes, bushfires and floods as well as man made catastrophes such as the Victorian Gas crisis.
Colin is a regular presenter on technical matters, in particular Business Interruption & ISR policies at industry conferences and seminars and the co-author of a textbook on insurance.
